Please read the following terms and conditions
before using this website

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our policy is to ensure the highest level of customer service before, during and after sales. The following Terms and Conditions comply with UK legislation.

Pricing

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Prices quoted do not include postage and packing. Prices, postage and packaging may be subject to change without notice. However, once we have confirmed your order it will not be subject to price changes of a higher value

Payment

Payments are accepted in Pounds Sterling only.

Internet payment is made through Nochex using our online shopping cart. You may also pay by cheque, which must include your cheque guarantee number, or postal order.

Verification of customer information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Advance orders

Advance orders, accompanied by payment, may be placed before games are released. Orders will be supplied up to14 days after the specified launch date.

When an advance order is combined with an available game, we will wait until the order can be fully supplied before dispatching. Please make a separate order if you would like available games to be dispatched immediately.

If we are out of stock

If we are out of stock we will advise you as soon as your order is received, either by email or telephone. If we expect to restock within two weeks we will process your order as normal. If we expect a delay of longer than two weeks, you will have the option to ask for payment to be returned.

Components and descriptions

We reserve the right to change game components and colours from those described on the games and website. This may be necessary due to changes in the supply and availability of components.

Accepting orders

When we accept your order we will send you a confirmation email with an order number. This forms a legal contract with you. Verification of customer information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. When you receive your confirmation, please check your details and advise us of any errors.

Postage, packing and delivery

Postage and packing is not included in the price of the games. Please see the postage and packing details specified on the ‘E-Shop’ page. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day on which the goods were delivered. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods must be unopened (shrink-wrap fully intact) and received by us in a completely resaleable condition. Once received, we will refund you the cost of the game.

Please do not return games with missing components. If you should find any component(s) missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the missing component(s) as soon as possible.

Damaged or faulty goods

All orders are individually checked and packed by us to ensure they are dispatched in perfect
condition. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Should you find a manufacturing fault, please notify us immediately and Games for the World will refund or replace goods where circumstances warrant us doing so. This does not apply to faults caused by neglect or misuse. The cost of returning goods with manufacturing faults will be refunded.

Your details

We will not give your details to anyone without your permission, unless required to do so by law. We will keep your details on file only for us to advise you of new products and for convenience when you purchase from us again. However, if you prefer us not to keep your details please advise us and we will delete all records of them

Complaints

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, should you have any complaints regarding our products or service, please contact us (preferably by email) and we will respond promptly.

Liability

Games for the World will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of this website or the services offered within..
